July 2022

​​Saturday 2 July: Mangahao slalom site (Grade 3) or Otaki (Grade 2). Have a look on OUR RIVERS at what these are like.

Friday 8 July to Friday 15 July:
Whanganui grade 2 expedition, from  Taumarunui to Whanganui. For a somewhat shorter outing it is possible to join the group for the section Whakahoro to Pipiriki, from 9 to 12 July.
The trip organisers are Wayne and Max. For more information or to sign up for this trip, please contact Wayne at 027 244 7108 or Max at 027 239 7096; Max will be in charge of organising the shorter version 9-12 July.

Saturday 9 July and Sunday 10 July: Tongariro weekend. RWWC will be joined by a crew from Taranaki. Blue Pool (Grade 2) and Access 10 (Grade 3; see OUR RIVERS) sections.

Sunday 17 July: Foxton loop (near the Manawatu river mouth at Foxton) cruise.

Sunday 31 July: Hutt Gorge. Grade 3. Have a look on OUR RIVERS at what the river is like.

August 2022

Saturday August 6: Manganui o te ao (Grade 3).

Monday 8 August: RWWC Committee meeting at Ian's place.

Saturday 13 August: Whahapapa release. Grade 4; rain-dependent; backup date is 20 August.

Sunday 14 August: Foxton Loop Race. 

Saturday 20 August: RWWC AGM; venue and other details will be announced closer to the time.

Saturday 20 August: Whahapapa release. Grade 4; backup date if the release on 13 August does not happen.

September 2022

Saturday 3 September:  Whahapapa release. Grade 4; rain-dependent; backup date is 10 September.

Saturday 10 September: Whahapapa release. Grade 4; backup date if the release on 3 September does not happen.

Saturday 24 September:  Tongariro Access 10 release (Grade 3). Have a look at what it's like on OUR RIVERS.

Sunday 25 September:  Tongariro Access 14 (Grade 3-4 = Access 10 on steroids) and Access 13 (Grade 3) release.
